Cancellation Policy
At Diana Moore Hairartist, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To help us manage our schedule effectively, we ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy:
• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost will be charged. This fee helps us offset the time reserved for you.
• Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel within this timeframe, a fee of 25% of the service cost will apply. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot.
You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointments online through our booking system.
